Sean Ritson | Managing Director

With nearly a decade in senior leadership roles across the B&I catering sector, including time at Compass Group, Bartlett Mitchell, and CH&CO, Sean brings deep operational and strategic experience. He's led high-impact projects across the UK, including BT’s nationwide mobilisation and the hospitality transformation at Lloyd’s.

Sean serves as a key link between clients and our catering teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement. He supports stakeholders through regular performance updates, rapid on-site presence within 24 hours, and by building strong, collaborative relationships.

Combining commercial insight with hands-on operational leadership, Sean brings a people-focused approach that drives meaningful, lasting results.
 

Katharine Lewis | Divisional Director

Katharine is one of the co-founders of Lexington. She plays a key role in leading our approach to talent management creating a great place to work, where people can achieve their potential. Katharine leads our graduate programme and promotes our involvement with Springboard.

Katharine has over 20 years’ experience working with high profile clients, she also provides senior direction within operations working closely with our team and our clients to deliver delicious food and great service to our customers.

While at High Table Katharine also gained a ‘Caterer’ Acorn Award and now champions our rising stars at Lexington to follow in her footsteps.

Johan Joubert | Business Director

With over 20 years’ experience across hospitality, corporate services and commercial real estate, Johan had led workplace strategy and integrated service delivery within complex corporate environments - from multi-site operations to global workplace transformation programmes. Johan’s passion and drive has always been to enhance service performance and occupier experience. 

Johan recently re-joined Lexington Reception Services, as Business Director, leading workplace strategy, operational delivery, and business growth across a diverse client portfolio.

LRS Team

Jane Streat | Head of Client Services

Jane heads up our LRS division and works with our team to develop a unique service that truly represents our clients’ brand and culture.

Jane has over 20 years’ experience in the industry. She started as a receptionist herself and worked her way up to Front of House Manager for a team of 35 looking after various services, including Reception, Switchboard, Reservations and Video Conferencing.

Jane is tireless in her dedication to delivering on expectations and developing great client relationships.

She says, “Good customer service is not enough anymore it needs to be exceptional and reception staff have just minutes to impress guests.”

Roberto Castella | Operations Manager

Roberto joined Lexington in 2014, as Head of Reception. Within just one year of joining LRS, he was awarded ‘LRS Person of the Year’ and was promoted to Operations Manager, working with clients and their reception teams to deliver change and improvements in all areas of reception services.

Prior to joining LRS he worked as Reception Manager at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel, where he managed and supervised a team of 25 people team and was responsible for achieving exceptional levels of customer satisfaction. He understands what 5* service looks like and the real impact it has on the wider business and customers’ perceptions.

Sam Ford | Operations Manager

Sam is a dedicated Operations Manager with a decade of experience leading front-of-house, facilities, and leisure teams. She brings energy, empathy, and excellence to every role, with a passion for tailored service, team growth, and creating spaces that feel welcoming and well-run. From leisure centres to premium corporate reception, Sam thrives where people and performance meet.

Lauren Chesney | Support Team Manager

Lauren has extensive experience in the customer service sector and has held a variety of roles within LRS, giving her a strong understanding of the demands and expectations of effective management. Her experience has equipped her with the skills required to lead and support a growing team of over 20 people, consistently maintaining high standards and exceeding expectations.

Hannah Barrand | Business Development Manager

Hannah is our Business Development Manager at Lexington Reception Services, with a strong foundation in front-of-house operations. Her hands-on experience in hospitality has shaped her ability to deliver excellent client service, build strong relationships, and identify new business opportunities. As she has progressed into business development, Hannah continues to apply her operational insight to support tailored service solutions and drive growth for the business.

Michele Couri | Operations Support Manager

Michele started working as a receptionist in 2010, within a multi-tenanted building. She quickly worked her way up into leadership roles, from Senior Receptionist to Reception Manager, and in 2016 she moved into Head Office working as Accounts and Operations Manager. 

Michele now supports the Operations driving best in class recruitment, managing induction and engaging on all people related matters.
